Questions About Leadership, Management, or Communication? Ask Away!

Online and in-person, through text, email, and phone calls, I receive leadership questions, management questions, communication questions, mentorship questions, and coaching and consulting questions daily. Have I left anything out? Oh yes, fitness questions (given my years of industry experience)!

It's typical that the answer to one person's question can be helpful to others. With that in mind, this page serves as your area to ask questions that are on your mind, to read the questions of others, and to read my answers.

Have a Very Targeted Question?

This page is fantastic for general questions. Though, if your question is targeted to a specific topic, it may be best to ask in one of our site's hubs.

A Note About Duplicate Questions.

As this page fills, it may become likely that a question similar to yours has been asked and answered previously.

To check whether that may be the case, use our search page to enter the key words, terms, or phrases related to your topic of interest.

Detailed Questions Yield Detailed Answers.

To help me answer your questions as best I can, the following items are helpful:

✳️ Be specific - The more information you can provide as to specific circumstances, events, people (while protecting the identities of those involved), and other variables, the better.

✳️ One question per post - Submit one question at a time. If you have more than one question, you're welcome to complete the form for one, and then revisit the page to submit a second question.

✳️ Visuals recommended - Pictures are fun! They may not help as far as the content of the questions and answers, though they'll make the online experience for you, me, and fellow site visitors more enjoyable.

✳️ Get notified - Be sure to select the checkbox to receive notification so that you get my answer!

I'll do my best to answer questions as thoroughly as possible, though this leadership questions area does not serve as a replacement for the value and personalization of coaching and consulting services.

A Few Leadership Questions Ideas.

Not sure what to ask? Here are a few, usual topic areas for the questions that I'm most accustomed to receiving in conversation:

  • How to get promoted.
  • How to prepare for an interview.
  • How to make an awesome LinkedIn profile.
  • How to write a business plan and prepare a presentation for investors.
  • How to get the most out of social media.
  • How to choose software for building a business.
  • How to lead a team in your first managerial role.
  • How to communicate with diverse, internal and external stakeholders.
  • How to do cold calling.
  • How to write a resume.
  • How to start a business.
  • How to develop and implement a strategy for corporate social responsibility.

That's just a short, introductory list. Hopefully, it helps you put your thinking cap on and gets your creative juices flowing. I'm excited to read what you come up with!
